Isaiah Falls Talks Success of "Florida Baby," New EP 'Drugs n' Lullabies,' Life Lessons, and more! 'The Sit Down' Ep. 44
Isaiah Falls joins THHGURU on the 44th episode of 'The Sit Down,' hosted by Alex Henein! Isaiah opens up about his journey, from his sold-out LA tour to producing his own music. Raised on gospel and R&B, he shares how growing up in church with musically-inclined parents shaped his earliest memories of music. With two artist brothers inspiring him to take music seriously, Isaiah draws influence from a range of genres, making his sound uniquely his own.
In this interview, Isaiah reflects on his breakout single “Florida Baby,” which he recorded after a night of Ubering, only to be blown away by its success on Instagram. He also shares the creative process behind his new EP, Drugs n’ Lullabies, a 6-7 month project featuring fan-favorite tracks like “Florida Baby,” “Love Me or Love Me Not,” and “City Birds.”
